Yes! A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due within five days of your event. We accept card payments through Square, as well as cash or check.

Yes! Travel within 30 miles of 15690 is included. Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond 30 miles.

Guests receive their digital photos instantly at the event, and you will receive access to your full gallery the same day. If you choose to add-on printed photos, they print instantly!

While the booth works without WiFi, features like photo sharing via text or email require an internet connection. If WiFi isn’t available, photos will be delivered once the booth reconnects to the internet after the event.

We typically require an area of about 8x8 feet and access to a standard electrical outlet. We'll work with your venue to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Yes, outdoor setups are possible as long as the area is covered and protected from weather conditions.
